This property is in a fabulous location, just a block or so up the hill from Balmoral Beach where we enjoyed daily coffees, delicious meals and an array of water sports. A few blocks the other way are the elegant Mosman shops where we regularly provisioned ourselves. The house itself was clean and well-equipped and the owner was very responsive to our questions and requests for a couple of missing items. It absorbed our group of eight adults very comfortably.

Brad and Gigi are gracious hosts, so helpful and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay. The house is in an excellent location, very easy 2minute walk to Balmoral beach. The views are gorgeous and the house is very well kept and amenities are top notch. Couldn’t ask for a better base to visit Sydney.

We were over for a wedding with the family (six adults, 3 kids and a babe) for eight days. The house and the location could not have suited us better. Spacious, comfortable, indoor/outdoor living with ample terraces, heated pool, bbq etc. Very handy to a beautiful beach and some very nice cafes/restaurants. Also Mosman shopping just a short drive or 10min walk. Taronga Zoo very handy too.
The owner, Brad, and his daughters were very helpful and obliging with any queries and suggestions.

The house and location is perfection!
We stayed for 7 nights in October 2014 and the Sydney weather was turned on for us.
Split over three levels this house provides all the creature comforts that you would find in any high end accommodation.
The house has plenty of natural light, extensive glass balconies and a view out to North head.
We would wake up to the sound of the small waves breaking on Balmoral beach and the sound of native birds calling in the trees that surround the property.
Balmoral beach is a 2min walk away and it provides excellent dining and a safe swim area at the Balmoral bathers.
