Мястото е ново, много добре обзаведено и поддържано. Лицето, което управлява комплекса, Панайотис е изключително отзивчив, прояви разбиране и ни позволи малко по-ранно настанявате. Също така ни предостави подробна информация за Сарти и района. Къщите са в близост до центъра и плажовете на Сарти. Мястото предоставя безплатен паркинг.

Едната спалня не е съвсем отделена, тъй като е над всекидневната, реално липсва преградна стена между нея и това помещение за общо ползване.
