İki aile konakladık kendimize ait balkonumuz, 3 adet tuvaletimiz, havuzbaşında yapılan kahvaltılarımız ve en önemlisi yol kenarı olmasına rağmen ses yalıtımı iyi idi.
Tek şikayetim üst kattaki tuvaletin Duşakabin’i su kaçırıyor idi etraf duş aldıktan sonra çok su oluyordu.

The Villa Efmaria is located very close to the sea, basically you just exit the courtyard (which, by the way, is a great place to stay and enjoy the swimming pool), cross the road and you’ll find your self on the beach.
Villa is structured on three floors:
- basement has a bedroom, a bathroom, a large living room with two sofa and a well equipped kitchen including refrigerator and dining area
- mid floor is the living room area, with sofas, cooking area, dining area, and many more, including a bathroom
- upstairs you will find three bedrooms and a bathroom, all bedrooms (as well as on the mid floor) having nice balconies to enjoy the view
- Beach is nice, you’ll feel like you own your private beach, take the beach chairs which are available at the villa by and enjoy the shadow of the pine tree if you’re not in a mood for sunbathing.
10 meters of rocky bottom of the sea when you get into the water are way too less to not ignore them, as you will find sandy sea bottom afterwards for hundreds of feet of shallow and warm water (we enjoyed it between June 22nd and June 29)
The host Petra Maria is a very nice person and very communicative.
Regarding the amenities, you’ll find there anything that you need for staying and more than that including barbecue tools- we had a great barbecue evening , cooking some fresh and delicious wild fish bought from the nearby fishermen shop in Paradsio village.
The stock of toilet paper and garbage bags was limited, so it might be a good idea to buy some before you arrive to the villa.
If you’re a total quietness person, be aware that the villa is very close to the main road of the west coast of Sithonia peninsula, which has some traffic…

Curat, toată locuința amenajata cu mult bun gust. La momentul rezervării nu exista piscina așa că aceasta a fost un plus la momentul sosirii. Am avut o vacanta foarte placuta
Mi-ar fi plăcut să fie mai multe prosoape de rezerva in fiecare camera.
