My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Mediteran in Pefkochori, Greece, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We traveled all the way from the USA to visit Greece, and choosing this villa MeDITeRAN was one of the best decisions we made. Our recent visit to Villa MeDITeRAN in Pefkochori was an exceptional experience, surpassing all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, Nikola’s warm and attentive hospitality made us feel like cherished guests. Situated just 50 meters from the breathtaking beach and within walking distance of the lively town center, the villa’s location is truly unbeatable. It offers the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, allowing us to enjoy both relaxing days by the pool and lively evenings exploring Pefkochori. The villa’s interior is a work of art — beautifully designed, modern, and impeccably maintained. The outdoor living areas are equally remarkable, with expansive terraces and a stunning heated pool that was a highlight of our stay. The pool was spotless and well-maintained, with warm water that kept our children happily swimming for hours. The outdoor spaces provided peaceful spots for lounging and outdoor dining, enhancing our overall experience. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals effortless, adding to the comfort and convenience of our holiday. The private parking was an invaluable feature, especially during the busy summer period, offering us peace of mind. In summary, our stay at Villa Mediteran was truly memorable. Nikola’s hospitality and the villa’s luxurious amenities made us feel pampered and relaxed. We are grateful for this wonderful experience and eagerly anticipate our next visit. We stayed at Villa MEDITERAN during Easter and had such a wonderful experience that we have already decided to spend our summer holiday here as well. The villa is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and very well equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, from kitchen essentials and detergents to everyday items that make a stay comfortable and stress-free. The kitchen itself is fully equipped and perfect for families or groups of friends who enjoy cooking together. One of the things we loved most was the outdoor space. The property offers multiple terraces: next to the kitchen, in front of the villa, and near the lower-level apartment , so everyone can find their own favorite spot to relax. The pool was spotless and beautifully maintained. Although the April weather did not allow us to use it much, it was clear that great care is taken to keep it in perfect condition. The location is fantastic. The villa is only a short walk from the beach and very close to the center of Pefkochori, while still remaining peaceful and relaxing. Having a private parking space is a huge advantage, especially during the busy summer season. We also highly recommend Bakalis restaurant, one of our favorite places in the area, located nearby. Despite being part of a neighborhood of villas, privacy is excellent. The layout, pergolas, and respectful design create a comfortable sense of seclusion without feeling isolated. The beds were very comfortable, the barbecue area was great, and every detail of the property made us feel at home. A special thank you to Nikola and Tony. They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive hosts. Since we visited during Easter, they even prepared a basket full of sweets for the children, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. We have been visiting Pefkochori for several years, and Villa Mediteran is easily one of the best accommodations we have experienced. We cannot wait to return this summer.

The accommodation was truly of a very high standard and exceeded my expectations. It was stylishly designed with a modern and luxurious interior, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner—even BALMAIN cosmetics were provided in the bathrooms. Cleanliness was at the highest level. There was a well-maintained yard by the pool, and I especially liked the area around the barbecue space. The location is excellent, close to the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The host was kind and communicative, available for any questions. I would definitely recommend this place and would gladly return again.

Локацията е много добра,изключително удобно за семейства с малки деца,в близост до плажа и ресторантите за хранене! Има диспенсър с минерална вода,за целия престой. Хладилникът беше зареден с кенчета бира,кола и газирани напитки за добре дошли,както и алкохолни напитки. Имаше достатъчно чисти чаршафи и хавлии в пералното помещение! Беше чисто и уютно,благодарим!!

Единственият минус е,че басейна няма покривало,което го прави опасен,при по малки деца!
