It was beautiful. Staff, especially Simona, very helpful.
The air conditioner in the back bedroom did not work well. We could not use back bedroom, and after being in the bathroom we had to return to front living area to cool off.

Everything was exceptional - the friendly and helpful staff, the incredible location and great view of the capital, the room was mindblowing with original frescoes dating back 500 years that leave your jaw on the floor.
From the moment of booking, we had incredible communication with the hotel via WhatsApp. They helped us plan every detail of our stay. We celebrated our anniversary, and the staff made us feel so welcome and truly made this special. The room was huge. You felt like royalty. I've been to Rome many times, but this was honestly the best place I've ever stayed.

Truly one of the most incredible places I’ve ever stayed and we have been to numerous 5* hotels throughout Italy. Great location and the apartment was better than the photos… the frescoes in the room literally took my breath away! The staff are so helpful and booked activities and restaurant reservations for us. Amazing breakfast spread delivered to the rooms. A 10/10 all around and this place will become a hot spot once people find out about this gem!
