The location was perfect and the rooms were absolutely stunning. The pictures don’t do this 15th century gem justice! The attention to detail and staff attentiveness was absolutely second to none. We had a very early check-out for our flight so the management sent a breakfast box to our room so we could eat before leaving. Superb.

It was beautiful. Staff, especially Simona, very helpful.
The air conditioner in the back bedroom did not work well. We could not use back bedroom, and after being in the bathroom we had to return to front living area to cool off.
