Garage and entrance to the garage is unaceptable.

Location and size of apartment
Shower head needs to be fixed to the wall and not just handheld, basement parking very hard to access due to positioning, floors need to be cleaned and mould cleaned off the bedroom wall

Комуникација са менађерком коректна и професионална, све информације смо добили на вријеме, постељина и пешкири чисти, има лифт с обзиром да је у питању 4 спрат, удаљеност од кеја 10-12 мин.пјешке и посједује сопствени паркинг.
Опис апартмана за 4 особе није адекватан, нема двије спаваће собе, приступ паркингу тежак (уско и веома стрмо до гараже), нема све потребне садржаје по питању кухињских ствари за боравак 4 особе.
