Nice apartment with balcony in a newly-built building. It was fully equipped, there was even cooking possibility. Getting to the lakeside is a 10 minutes walk.
The road to the lake was under construction. It was not a problem for us but probably it is good to know.

Great price-quality ratio, friendly and helpful owner, nice balcony with a view of the town and mountains to enjoy breakfast or coffee, a modern building with old houses around :)
There was no duvet cover for my first night (just uncovered duvet) but when I contacted the owner it was delivered - thank you. The bathroom and shower are tiny and the floor gets wet after using it. The shower curtain (I noticed a couple of holes). It is one apartment split into two with a common little hall. What could be great additions: some additional lamp with a darker light (in addition to bright ceiling lamp), some shower gel (not a soap bar), an electric kettle and standard-sized mugs for tea and coffee (there are but all very small)
