The location is great, it’s close to the main road and transport, which made it very easy to get around.
The cleanliness could have been improved, especially removing the strong dagga smell from the room and bedding. The bathroom setup also needs attention a shower cover or proper drainage would help prevent water from spilling all over the floor, and providing a mop would make a big difference.
