Could have been a great experience.

Friendly staff. WiFi Comfortable beds.

There was no breakfast. No plug point for each bed. No TV. Or broken. Kitchen not in good condition.

Staff smile, respect, love and kind. They offered me food Uber and shops around closed

Star Lodge; A constellation in Parow but more of a concession in considering it's price.

The room was spacious, clean and had a balcony and was relatively cool.

The host/reception lied to me stating that there was not a dorm room with only two bunks, which i had already booked and payed for via the booking.com app. I then had to cancel, which requires a long wait for the refund.I booked a larger room and still i was not offered other available services.

I stayed because i already paid for 7 days, otherwise I would have left the 1st night

The only thing i liked was the humanity of staff working there and that is the only reason i completed my stay. I so wish they could get more training and they could eNhance the running of that place to a better standard

Cleanliness of the room and bathroom were in poor condition. The condition of the room/furniture were poor. Plugs kept on tripping. Walls, duvet, pillows/cases, blankets, were stained, smelly ans dirty.

There's nothing to like as I could not complete my bookings and my money was gone for nothing

Everything was great except for the TV. Staff are extremely qualified and very friendly going out of their way for their customers 😀

That the TV remotes don't work so you can't really watch TV. Also they need shower curtains and a mat for outside the shower.

The staff is very friendly , John(the guest) was also very welcoming

The place looks dodgy outside but in the inside it's nice and clean
