Church Path Rooms

Church Path House is testimony to Jamie’s ambition to create a special place that reflects and shares his own love of tasteful surroundings and good hospitality. It’s a work in progress, but one well worth sharing. Each room is themed differently, and uniquely furnished with beautiful and curious vintage furniture and decoration. Our beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and there were plenty of chairs and sofas in the house to just sit, relax and take it all in. Breakfast , continental style, was taken around a big communal table, with charcuterie, cheeses, cereal and plenty of good coffee. Jamie himself is charming and friendly, practical and unflappable. Definitely recommended for a stay if you’re looking for something other than run-of-the-mill chain hotels or b+bs.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

We received a very warm welcome from Jamie as we arrived at this unique property. We were shown around the house & taken to our delightful room, with great views across Minehead. It’s in a nice elevated location & able to walk into the town easily. Jamie has clearly been working really hard on transforming this great place, & it was a delight to spend time here. Looking forward to coming back again when we’re in the area. Many thanks Jamie we both enjoyed our stay with you. J&C xx
