Lokalizacja apartamentu z widokiem na kanał portowy ( co prawda trochę ograniczona widokiem z parteru przesłonięty częściowo przez mór i zaparkowane auta ) Atutem jest niewątpliwie wystrój i wyposażenie salonu i aneksu kuchennego.
Brak informacji że apartament jest dwupoziomowy, z sypialnią umiejscowioną w piwnicy. Niestety pomimo remontu nie zdołano usunąć zapachu stęchlizny dlatego też spaliśmy w salonie na materacu przeniesionym z piwnicy. Tu na plus należy podkreślić szybką reakcję ze strony właściciela. Niestety dochodziło także do nocnych wizyt „ gości” w łazience
