It was SUPER hot because it's top floor attic flat. They hosts were great and did provide and fan ahead of time, so they do listen to your requests. Clean, super close to where we were going.
The building it is in is a bit dated, so if your not from the UK it may seem a bit scary!

Everything was really good. The location of the place is absolutely perfect (few meters from Picadilly Circus station and 10 min walks from Green Park station which makes your move around London super easy. A lot of super cool pubs (Waxy's is amazing), theaters (we went to see Moulin Rouge which was amazing) and points of interest just close by (Chinatown, Little Italy, Covered Garden). The place itself was really comfy with everything you need for a nice stay. Contact with the host was fast and easy. I highly recommend this place!

We were moved to another VESTO at short notice (Bermondsey) Location was 15 mins walk from nearest tube - too far and certainly not what was advertised.
We were moved from VESTO Piccadilly to VESTO Bermondsey. Some sort of issue with providing the updated details via Booking.com meant i couldnt access the property and i was stuck in the pouring rain trying to contact vesto. I was then told to "read the previous messages" which frankly just angered me. Bad check in service.
