We agree with the other reviews that it was a lovely apartment in an ideal location – and it was worth climbing the 4 flights of stairs. It is centrally located in a lively area. It was noisy outside, but we found the bedroom to be quiet when we closed the windows. Unfortunately, the apartment is poorly managed. We were not told how to pick up the key to the apartment until less than 24 hours before we arrived (we had to pick up the key at a store several blocks away). And we were NEVER told that we were expected to drop off the key at the same store when we left (which would have been impossible since we left before the store opened). In addition, there were no instructions in the apartment explaining how to work the appliances, including the internet. The apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived at 4 PM (it was a mess) and was not cleaned until after 8 PM, a VRBO first for us.

We had a wonderful time staying at this great location and beautifully decorated property. Our friends were amazed at how central and accessible the location is--right on Leicester Square! Warning to those traveling with heavy suitcases: it is several flights of stairs so definitely not for the faint of heart! The stairs were a small price to pay however for such a wonderful location.

Great location and great place to stay. The apartment was just right for our family of three. As other reviews show, there are around 85 stairs to get to the apartment, but it's worth it if you can make it work. Recommend for sure.
