Stav Nav maybe missing this new build location so check but host will provide you with great easy instructions when booking incase.

The room was very comfortable with a large en-suite. There was a a range of toiletries available to use too. There was a fridge in the room and a set of crockery/cutlery with a tray.
The hosts were very accommodating, allowing me to pick up the key in the morning due to being at a wedding all day - which was most appreciated!
It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, but walking through the living room to the kitchen wasn't awkward.

The host was friendly and met us at the door. Our room was very new, clean, and well provided for, with our own bathroom. It was upstairs in a family home in terraced housing in a new development. The motorway is nearby, but as the house is downhill from it, it is not really noticeable.
A lock for our bedroom door would have been good. There was no guest kitchen, but we could have used the family kitchen to prepare our meal if we wanted to - but we chose to go out for dinner. Plates, cutlery and cups, and a small fridge and kettle were left for us in our room for if we had brought in food or wanted to make a drink, but the room was too small to dine in.
