Residence Number XI - Beachfront Luxury Apartments with Pool

Really lovely studio and view of Sea just across the road, and so nice having the lovely salt water pool on the roof with sunlounges and goreoues view. The hosts were so nice and very helpful.

I really thought there would be more restuarants along the beach, there is one within walking distance, and fortunately we had a car so we could travel further afield, and go to larger supermarkets as well

The accommodation was new and clean . The bed was comfortable and there was hot water in the shower. It was close to a bus stop with buses running every half an hour to Split and Omnis, The beach is clean and the water is clear and just across the road from the property and you can walk along the beach rather than the road which has no pavement toward Dugi Rat. The roof terrace was ok With sun beds and a table and chairs

There are no shops in walking distance . The only nearby restaurant was closed. The road is very noisy if you are used to a quiet home you may have trouble sleeping as I did . The traffic noise was better over the weekend . I think the patio door wouldn’t shut properly and this didn’t help but I mentioned this and was told it was ok before. the TV didn’t work and I think was broken as it was only showing half a screen there was no assistance to rectify this. We had been told the week before we went the swimming pool was not open not sure why this was.

Blisko do plaży, wygodny duży apartament. Plaża czysta, kameralna. Personel pomocny. Polecam!
