Villa Nautique is a fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom property with an outdoor 32 sqm heated private pool with a no-Chlorine system, a Hot Tub, and two sun deck areas, fenced, and offers a very comfortable stay for 8 people, fully equipped with all you need, a free WiFi, Sonos speakers in every room, underfloor heating a PS4, smoke detectors, and amazing panoramic sea and island views.
The right place to enjoy in comfort, several outdoor sitting areas, a Hot Tub, an infinity pool, a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and islands on the south, and the northern side view of the tops of the mountains with trails for hiking. Villa Nautique is located in Jesenice – KRUG, Staro Selo 1a, 17 km from the famous town Split that offers great history, only 10 min drive from the small town Omiš that offers a lot of activities, beaches, and restaurants, 5 min from the largest river in Croatia where you can experience an interesting adventure rafting, canoeing, zip-line, 5 minutes driving from the most beautiful sand and pebble beaches. Only 2km from local restaurant Bajso, 4 km far from supermarket, 4 km from coast road and sea. Located at the top of the KRUG street overviewing the village and the coast, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation offering a quiet and peaceful stay for you and your family.
*The outdoor offers a private and heated, infinity 32 sqm pool (8m x 4m) with a no-Chlorine system, a Hot Tub, two sun deck areas, 8 deck chairs, a cozy outdoor sofa, 1 sun umbrella, an outdoor shower, two lounge corners, a covered/opened outdoor dining area for 8 pax with a direct approach to the kitchen, and a gas barbecue. There is outdoor table tennis on artificial grass below the pool area, a portable basketball hoop, and a secured parking lot for 2 cars.
*The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned and stylish living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (Microwave, Nespresso coffee maker...), a dining table for 8 with a direct exit toward the pool, and outdoor dining. Living area with a comfortable sofa and exit toward the pool and toward the barbecue area, a smart TV, PS4 for your youngest, free WiFi, Sonos speakers, and a lot of family/group games. There is also a separate family bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
*The first floor offers a Bedroom No1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a TV, Air-conditioning, sea views and an office/make-up table, and a balcony. A Bedroom No2 with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, a TV. Bedroom No3 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, and a few steps up takes you to an additional bed in the attic with queen size, 160cm x 200cm bed(fenced), a TV, air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom and a balcony.

We recently stayed at a stunning three-bedroom villa located about 30 minutes outside of Split, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The villa was immaculate throughout, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the gorgeous infinity pool and the jacuzzi, which made every day feel like a treat.The villa manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free. After welcoming us and showing us around, she left us to fully enjoy our holiday in complete privacy, which we really appreciated.It’s important to mention that you will definitely need a hire car to stay here, and you’ll want to be a confident driver. The road leading up to the villa is steep with several hairpin bends that are certainly interesting to navigate, especially the first time. That said, the drive is more than worth it when you see the breathtaking views from the villa, panoramic vistas of the surrounding hills and coastline that make the slightly adventurous journey completely worthwhile.I would wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful, high-end getaway near Split. It’s the perfect place to unwind, enjoy the sunshine, and create some truly memorable experiences.

Beautiful modern villa with an amazing view.

Villa was easy to find. Great check in, Ivana welcomed us and was really helpful (some info about local restaurants, etc…). Modern Villa with a lot of home confort and extremely well equipped: internet and tv with Netflix, etc…. 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathroom, third bathroom on the ground floor, one of the bedroom upstairs also has a mezzanine with second bed. Good air con, fab swimming pool and great jacuzzi. Garage with ping pong table, etc… The winding road up to the villa is ok. Being high up on the hills, the villa has fabulous sea views. It is well situated between Omis and Split and gives easy access to both those towns. There was a small issue with water pump but this was resolved within 20 minutes of contacting Ivana (great service and person sent knew what he was doing). We had a fantastic time here and would recommend to anyone wanting to discover this beautiful part of Croatia.
