These practically furnished and well equipped apartments are located in a beautiful apartment house placed on a hilly terrain. Apartment CDF285 is spread over two floors (interior stairs) and has a spacious terrace with a beautiful sea view. Apartments CDF286 and CDF288 are located on the second floor, while CDF287 is on the first floor. The barbecue and the property are at your disposal for common use. In Omis you will find plenty of entertainment during the summer months, which will surely make your vacation more interesting. An sich ein schönes Haus (3Jahre Alt). Auch die Aufteilung der Apartments. Sind insgesamt vier Stück: ganz unten eins, dann im EG zwei, und im 1.OG eine Massionette mit drei Schlafzimmern. Eingerichtet ist das Haus im IKEA Style.
PRO: - Der Ausblick aufs Meer, der Hammer!
- große gut aufgeteilte Wohnung
- nette Dame die uns empfangen hat, die sich um die Reinigung des Haus auch kümmert.
CONTRA: - der Standort des Gebäudes ist auf einen Berg, und mit dem Auto eine Tortur. Die Letzten 20 Meter sind nur mit Kies und nicht Asphaltiert. Auch das Parken ist nicht so. Einfach. Ich selbst stand mit meinem Auto auf drei Rädern und habe mir deshalb die Unterseite des Frontspoilers zerkratzt. Das sollte Novasol schon erwähnen.
- Der Pool, ist dreckig und nicht gepflegt. An dem zweiten Tag unseres Aufenthalts kam ein Mann der Chlor in dem Pool beigemischt hatte, danach war das Wasser zwei Tage lang trüb. Aus Hygenischen und gesundheitlichen Gründen haben wir deshalb den Pool gemieden. Auch die Dusche am Pool ist kaputt.
- am Haus sind soviele nicht fertig abgeschlossene Sachen. Viele Lose Kabel, die Treppenecke am der Eingangstür fehlt. Schlechte Balkonschiebetüren, die oft klemmen. Die eine Dusche, das Wasser nur sehr langsam abfließt. In den anderen Duschen, das Duschwasser direkt die Badmöbel. Und Badtür berührt. Da sieht man schon leichte Wellen durch das Wasser.
