The fact that the place is a new build, the walkway to the side door was very ice or muddy but I'm sure once they get a chance they will install a proper walking path

Check-in was a bit of a hassle. We felt like we shouldn't arrive even a minute early, which is fair and something we respected. However, we had to ask again for the check-in code. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped. There were no butter knives or small spoons. Although a coffee maker was provided, it still contained old water, and the machine itself was mouldy. No coffee capsules were provided either, which would have been a nice gesture. The bathroom was clean overall, but there were a few long strands of hair in the bathtub. We were also given only one towel and no hand towels, and we had to ask twice to receive another towel. The apartment is not very soundproof, and it was quite noisy, even after 10 p.m. We also couldn't regulate the air conditioning, as it seemed to be connected to the upstairs apartment. It became a bit chilly, but the main issue was the noise the unit made while we were trying to sleep.
