1 Bedroom modern basement suite with private entrance

Mattress was excellent lounge comfortable everything was clean my one question was handled quickly

Property was on very outskirts of winnipeg so commuting meant long bus trips

It is a good rental property and the host is nice. The propety is located in a new development the whole area is nice and clean. The property owner is approachable. You will get a good nights rest as the area is quiet.

I think this propeyt is good for several days or longer of you dont plan to cook for yourself. I think that a lack of a cooking space would not make this property suitbale for someone who prefers to cook their own food and is looking to stay longer than several days.

The property was clean and well maintained. Easy access in and out of the suite. I liked that the entrance way was very spacious. It was clean and even though I usually bring all my own stuff there was most things I needed as I did forget to bring something. When it came to sleeping it was quiet and peaceful. On my stay temperature got up to 37C so the AC was a great feature. Also my own parking spot on the driveway was much appreciated. Also the host was very accommodating and reached to see if I needed anything. Great stay, thank you.

Getting into town and leaving town was great but most things I was doing there were not to close. I like to drive and explore so for me I didn’t mind that but some might find it to be an inconvenience.

I like that is was very easy hasslle free easy to book and entry instructions very friendly host.

Well it was not what the ad stated was available ? APPERENTLY THIS WASNT THE RIGHT PLACE or the ad for the 1 bedroom was not what was advertised in the ad..... the add falsey advertised for a hot tub free Laundry facilities and was to my understanding was suspoednto be a whole house with 2 bedrooms which was not what I had expected.
