Clean, quiet and secure. Good spacious basement suite. Good bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and parking facilities.
The sofa legs were missing so it was uncomfortable to use. The refrigerator froze all my food, although I turned the temperature as low as it could go. Otherwise, it was clean, quiet, secure and good value for the money. The bathroom, sleeping accommodations, the kitchen, and parking were good.

Could have had a bit more attention to detail with cleaning baseboards, bathroom door and privacy door do not shut easily. Toilet seat slides around.

I really liked how the place smelled clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable and cozy.
I was disappointed to be asked to leave before the latest stated checkout time in the booking details (checkout was listed as between 11 AM and 1 PM) I had the door knocked at 12 PM, it felt quite rude and unprofessional. Also, the doors make noises and could use some maintenance, and the fridge is placed in an inconvenient location.
