Lots of clear and detailed instructions through the link provided. Having the lock box for the key was really helpful as it meant I could leave the key in there when I went out and didn't have to worry about losing it outside of the accomodation. The apartment had everything I needed for my short stay and was easy to navigate. Appreciated being left the fan! Coffee machine was also a nice addition - I'm glad I saw it in the photos as I was able to bring pods from home. The room is really light and airy and doesn't feel overlooked at all. Not especially noisy. Though I did wake up thinking I'd left a tap running only to find it was the noise from the water tank in the bathroom. The room feels really secure. The shower is GREAT! There was a self-inflicted emergency (I won't go in to the specifics) and they were really understanding and prepared to come to my aid before I was able to resolve it for myself, so in terms of hosting I was really grateful to them. I stayed here when I went to see BTS at the Stade de France and didn't go in to the inner city so cannot comment on that side of things, but the apartment has good public transport links, the tram especially was really useful. The market a few doors down has pretty much everything you could need thanks to the apartment having a fridge too. Also, there's the most amazing patisserie just round the corner who sell the biggest and most delicious croissants for only 1euro which I discovered as I was leaving.

Would have appreciated knowing in advance of booking about the narrow spiral staircase and number of flights you need to take to reach the apartment as I would have packed very differently (lugging a 20kg suitcase up there after a day of travel was NOT fun). Also, please, please, PLEASE get a new mattress for the sofa bed!! It was really uncomfortable to sleep on (imagine having to sleep in a V shape...). New pillows too. Similarly, a more thorough dust and cobweb removal clean would be appreciated, like running a damp cloth over the towel rail in the bathroom. A bowl for washing up in the kitchen sink would be helpful too, as would a tea towel to dry things. I would recommend this place but only if the sofa bed issues are addressed.

Had really good communication from the host leading up to stay and throughout made entering the property seem less. Good location in terms of being only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station so easy to get in and out of central Paris. Great view from the big window also

The flat itself is a little bit tired, definitely needs a bit of a revamp and the sleep itself wasn't the most comfortable, however for the price can't really complain.
