Terrazze Verdemare - Private Shore

The house is located perfectly if you're looking to spend time in the water. It's a little stretch of water you have private access to and you can really enjoy some of the aquatic life. We saw eels and an octopus apart from all the fish. The host, Carola was very responsive and fixed issues almost immediately. We had two cars and there was ample parking for both. Also, having them meant that we were close distances to restaurants, groceries and whatever else we needed. The kitchen is small but enough to prepare a meal when needed. It is equipped with e rrything you need to cook, eat and drink. There are 3 rooms, 1 bigger than the other two and the house can sleep 8 people comfortably. All rooms had cupboards and acs Three bathrooms in total were perfect for the 6 of us. 2 on top and 1 down. We however, enjoyed most of our time outside on the terrace. It was just perfect!

These were small issues thatcwere fixed for us immediately by the host 1. The wifi was working on check in 2. The electricity kept fluctuating. 3. The water unfortunately ran out the day before our check out and so, the last day was a bit chaotic. We were checked on the entire time by Carola and all issues resolved ASAP. I mean someone came home at 10 30 in the night to fix the water. Something you may have had to wait till the next day for.

The setting of this beautifully designed villa is quite exceptional 50 metres stroll to one of the top rated strands of beach in Sicily, permitting daily swimming when the sea os calm - warm enough swimming for a Brit from mid April - October. Glorious early morning views across the Mediterrsnean with sparkling sea and wonderful perspectives on the Norman tower which commands views across three bays - worth a visit to the Torre Norman Hotel to grab some spe tacular vistas - and a coffee for the free parking there! Reeling yellow legged gulls (a Sicilian speciality!) keep their distance as they rear their young on cliffs which track this coastline - and perform aeronautical acrobatics to rival the Red Arrows in early and late morning socialisation. The villa is tucked into the hillside keeping it cool across the day, even in the full blast of mid-day sun. Yet there are always spots in the long ribbon of the private grounds fore and aft of the property to 'collect the sun' On street parking immediately outside the front gate or a lockable garage for the smaller car.

Everything was fine as your host is exceptionally attuned to bringing s great experience for tgeir guests. We were their first guests for tge season and any minor adjustments which required attention were swiftly addressed.

Problemy z prądem - w mojej opinii budynek jest źle zaprojektowany pod względem elektryki i prądu. Światła non stop gasły, problem z indukcja. Brak piekarnika mimo tego że w opisie obiektu on jest. Na początku był problem z uruchomieniem jacuzzi, ale udało się go rozwiązać dnia następnego. Staromodny wystrój.
