The house was absolutely spotless and everything looked brand new. Having a bathroom, an en-suite and a downstairs WC was very useful when everyone was trying to get ready to go out in the morning. The house has a drive, so unlike most places in the centre of Fowey parking is easy and free! Great host, friendly and with good communication.
Obviously, you have to be aware that it is further to go into the centre of Fowey, but you have to weigh that against the convenience of having more space, more modern conveniences and easy parking.
