The property was exactly as advertised. It was in a good location with good access to local shops as well as public transport. It was clean and spacious and the owner was extremely helpful.
The fridge was a bit small for eight people to use and the beds could have been comfier

The property was clean and modern and comfortably slept 10 people. Fernando was very helpful and responsive and generously offered to host us as a group of 11. It is very conveniently located for Legoland with only around a 10/15 minute drive. Also easy to get the train into London which is only 20 minutes. There were fans for every room which was essential when we visited in 30+ degree temperatures.
The garden is unfortunately not great. We visited with 3 children in high temps and we could not use the garden due to the state of the grass and lack of seating which was disappointing. Also the fridge/freezer are quite small for a house accommodating 10 people. And the living room area only has space for 4/5 people to sit which wasn’t a huge issue for us as we weren’t spending a large amount of time in there. However if you are looking for a space to come together as a large group, this might be something to consider.
