    Our stay was ruined by a terrifying incident at around 3:30 a.m. when a stranger repeatedly banged on our door and the glass wall of our chalet. We were extremely frightened and did not dare to open the door. We immediately called the emergency number for assistance, but it took five phone calls before someone finally answered. The next morning, the manager explained that the man had been drunk and had mistaken our chalet for his friend’s. He sincerely apologized and promised to compensate us for the distress caused. However, more than two weeks later, we still have not received the promised compensation or any follow-up. This incident completely disrupted our sleep and left us feeling unsafe for the rest of the night, which significantly affected our stay. While we understand that unexpected incidents can happen, we expected the management to respond promptly in an emergency and to honor the commitment they made afterward. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met.

    The room is quite dusty, but they send cleaner to tidy up the room again after informing them. The facilities are incomplete, provided kettle but not providing cup and spoon. I insisted for the cup and spoon only the send me the cup. The mookata dinner taste soso only, and the hotpot is dirty. Campfire is not available. I guess those KOL take photos from the Farm not them. Swimming only available until 5:00pm which is doesnt make sense at all.
