Not far from main entertainment/facilities. Fairly nice caravan. Good location from the beach and it is an alright beach if you go at the right time and research tide times.
No toaster or tin opener in the caravan; I’d seen a previous review stating this so I was hoping they’d had the chance to put one in. Swimming was fully booked for the entire weekend we stayed because you were supposed to pre-book through the sites app (would have been nice if the owners had warned us of this when we had booked). Site is fairly expensive and only swimming and evening entertainment is included in the entertainment pass so wasn’t worth the price(as we couldn’t go swimming), but you can’t go without one as you have to present them at the bar to even get a drink.

The master bedroom is spacious and the kitchen allowed for cooking and baking. The caravan living room is cozy and spacious enough to have some friends over.
The nearby beach is fun and with low tide you have plenty of space to make a walk over the sandy areas otherwise covered with water.
The swimming pool is fun and there is enough to do for the kids.
The caravan is located is relatively close to the entrance, where also the main activities take place.
Internet via the Wifi was slow: You couldn't watch Netflix and play a game / browse the web on your phone at the same time.
You really need to plan when to take shower with the rest of the family, as nobody should use any other facet at the same time. But one can live with that...

Lots of cushions, host was responsive. Very close to the beach which was perfect for us and our family beach holiday. Linen and shower mat provided.
Unfortunately for our 6 guests there were only 3 bowls, and other crockery things were in multiples of 4 (glasses, cutlery).
Just check the barrier code doesn't change during your stay as can catch you out when entering the caravan park.

The location was good on the site good walking distance from everything
The caravan needed a little tlc, it wasn’t as spotless as other reviews say. Could do with a little update also. There were ants all over the place too which wasn’t great. Shower was awful too
