We couldn't stay there for the for the first day of booking because staff information on how to enter was inadequate. We tried to contact the host however they were not picking up phone or texting back.

The caravan was amazing and everything inside was so cozy such a beautiful place too stay
Unfortunately the boiler was broken upon arrives and then electricity went the morning after but the very kind man let us move into an even nicer caravan that was so warm and cosy and it was just perfect for a family, the decking went all the way round the place was perfect for us all and he really made us feel comfortable. The guy even let us check out later on the day we checked out after all the mistakes that happened the guy was such a genuine nice man and I couldn’t thank him enough I really appreciated the help he gave us. Definitely recommend
