Lyon Robin hood caravan

The location to the beach was great. The caravan itself is an older model and a little tired however there was plenty of room and everything worked how it should. We tried to get a pass to use facilities but each time we went to reception it was closed, we thought it must be low season and that was why. We had good contact with caravan owners who were very responsive and friendly and proactive with a small issue that occurred. I think it is a lovely place for people either like us on our own or with young family, looks like there is plenty to do.

Nothing to complain about per se, a broken toilet seat which I think will get fixed, just wear and tear.

The property had everything that you would need for a caravan stay. We even had extra blankets provided (with it being an Easter stay and still quite cold at night) The host was fantastic and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The caravan is situated on a great site, lots of activities for all…..our 2 children loved it!!

Dislikes On arrival we had no instructions on how to access our unit. Reception were helpful but didn't know anything about our booking. Directed to the sales team who were very helpful and managed to find the owner details on their system. At the unit there were 3 key boxes and none took the code provided by the host. Mobile number provided but no response. Had to log in to booking.com again and got another code but by this time we were anxious we had been scammed. It took over an hour, from arrival to gain access. Clear instructions and a response from.the owner could have saved all the stress, after a long day of walking. We would think twice before we booked this sort of facility again. Likes Friendly and helpful site staff. Facilities and comfort basic but adequate for 1 night. Location good for Wales Coastal Path

See above.... Also Single bed very uncomfortable. Linen should be included. Walkers cannot carry linen and duvet covers! This was not clear on booking.
