Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung sowie die relativ entspannte Parkplatzsituation. Das Viertel am Kaßberg ist ein Juwel.
Die Ausstattung der Küche ist verbesserungswürdig, z.B. keinen Flaschenöffner, keine kleine Pfanne, Küchentücher, Gewürze (außer Salz)

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet, sehr sauber, wunderbar ruhig gelegen. Die Umgebung sehr nett mit Park, Bäcker, Supermarkt und ÖPNV fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind kostenlos, man muss vielleicht etwas Glück haben und einen in der Nähe finden.
Nicht gefallen ist zu viel gesagt, die Ausstattung mit Geschirr ist ausreichend, aber nicht üppig - für Nudeln mit Tomatensauce reicht es…die Kaffeemaschine ist Typ Tassimo. Ich würde auf jeden Fall Hausschuhe empfehlen, die Wohnung ist im EG und kühl von unten. Der Balkon ist zum Glück nicht sonnig, angenehm zum Sitzen, die Balkonmöbel schon etwas abgenutzt, aber nicht schlimm.

Alles ist neu und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben es sehr genossen.
