Die Wohnung ist ruhig und in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend. Kai war war sehr gut erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allgemein ist die Wohnung top renoviert und gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt.
Ein paar Infos, Tipps für das Programm der Kulturhauptstadt vor Ort hätte ich gut gefallen.

Sehr charmante, saubere und gut ausgestattete Ferrienwohnung im Gründerzeitviertel von Chemnitz-Kaßberg in ruhiger Nebenstrasse mit guter Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkweiten. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hat -obwohl nicht vor Ort -die Zutrittsmöglichkeit telefonisch gut erklärt. Es hat alles gut geklappt. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.
