Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und gutes indisches Restaurant.
Das bereits 10 Uhr Check-Out ist und erst 15 Uhr Check-In.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend unweit des Hauptbahnhofs und des Busbahnhofs. Es gibt Supermärkte und einen Bäcker in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ins Zentrum sind gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung erwartet. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief sehr gut.
Wenn man mit dem Zug oder Bus anreist ist es etwas umständlich an den Schlüssel zu gelangen. Er muss aus einem Schlüsselsafe entgegengesetzt dem Weg zur eigentlichen Wohnung geholt werden. Es ist aber zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Die freundliche Betreuung bei einer Nachfrage.
Umständlicher Zugang zur Unterkunft, da Schlüssel an einem anderen Ort. Lieblose Einrichtung, selbst Bettdecken sind aus Kunststoff, nur ein Handtuchhalter und keine Informationen, z.B. Flyer oder Stadtkarte, zu Chemnitz oder zur Kulturhauptstadt.
