Das Apartment ist in einem sehr schönen Stadtteil von Chemnitz, wunderbare Architektur und gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung hervorragend,alles da,was man braucht.Fur uns war die Aufteilung ideal (drei ältere Frauen mit Ruhebedarf) . Rundherum ein gelungener Städtetrip in die Kulturhauptstadt.
Dachgeschoss ist nicht ideal für ältere Menschen, aber das hätte man sich denken können. Und ein zweites WC wäre angenehm gewesen. In dem Zimmer mit den Sportgeräten fehlt eine Beleuchtung am Bett. Kurze Info zur Kaffeemaschine und der Klimaanlage sowie zum Herd wären für ältere Gäste auch hilfreich.

It is a fully furnished apartment with a very good space. Comfortable and presents in amazing conditions. The place is in Kaßberg - a family area in Chemnitz. I recommend for anyone traveling in a family and I believe can accommodate up to 6 people and 2 kids.
Only thing that I can point is how many stairs you need to step up/down. It is on 5th floor. So if you are with disabled or elderly people remember this point.
