Everything. The place is in excellent condition from kitchen, to bathroom to braai area.
Nothing. The only positive advice I want to provide is the garden at the braai that needs attention and maybe advice that the workers don’t forget to water the trees at the braai area. Lovely trees.

Ok… this is going to be good…. Clean, neat, spaced out, we were two adults and one child and we never felt ontop of each other. Clarens Xtreme is around the corner and so is The Square. Never saw neighbours.
The bathroom is ice cold, like insanely cold and could do with an upgrade, that “AC” is not an aircon never warmed up, we purchased a small heater and in no time the placed warmed up nicely.
