The communal kitchen had everything we needed, the bathrooms and showers were clean and there was hot water. The view from our veranda was magnificent. A great space for our group of 11 and a little doggie.

The area is really beautiful and the horses were a delight to have around plus we enjoyed having the dogs visit. We loved the remoteness of the farm. The kitchen was well stocked and the Braai was perfect. Enjoyed sitting on the verandah early morning in the warm sun having our coffee. This place has so much potential with a few changes to modernise the cottage.
The cottage was extremely cold and the bedrooms are far from the lounge where the fireplace is. An electric blanket or heater in the bedrooms would have been more comfortable. The bathroom needs to be more modernised and a shower is needed. The cottage that we overlooked looked way more cozy but we were advised against it when we asked.
