Chia Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at Chia Beach House as a family with two children. The house was very clean, comfortable and well maintained, and most of the furniture and equipment felt new. The location is excellent: beautiful beaches are only about 10 minutes away by car. There is a great restaurant, Mirage, just a 2–3 minute walk away, as well as a supermarket and other restaurants nearby. Pula is also only about 15 minutes away by car. A special thank you to Michele, our wonderful host. He was extremely friendly, attentive and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for beaches and places to visit. Thanks to him, we discovered some truly beautiful places in Sardinia. We felt very welcome and would happily stay here again!

a nice, modern, well equipped apartment with parking space outside the property. Aircon in both bedrooms. A small supermarket was a walking distance. Very good located to visit the various beaches. Owner was very responsive.

it was a ground floor apartment, the garden was gated and unfortunately no view outside.

La vicinanza alle spiagge e l’area esterna con la doccia.

Nelle camere da letto c’erano dei lucernai che facevano entrare un po di luce al mattino perché non avevano un perfetto sistema oscurante.

Casa appena ristrutturata, molto pulita e completa di tutto il necessario. Comoda per quattro persone, con uno spazio esterno bene attrezzato. Nonostante il caldo intenso durante il nostro soggiorno, l'interno è rimasto sempre fresco. Posizione comoda, vicina alle magnifiche spiagge della zona e ai principali servizi. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
