Breakfast not provided. Chips and a beer were provided. Large area including kitchen. I liked the chairs on the front porch. Floors were uneven throughout the property.
Couches were not comfortable to sit on. Water leaked into the kitchen from the window when it rained. A better table and chairs for dining would have improved the situation.

Very comfortable, and I felt mostly safe. The historical cemetery so near was a plus. You can see it from the front porch.
More out of the way from major streets than I was expecting. No handsoap in the bathroom. Also, there were some roaches in the bathroom and kitchen.
