About this apartment rental
These are several apartments of 130 m² with large terrace in a residence approved by the Mauritian Ministry of Tourism (operating license n°03256).
The villa is located in the north of the island, in Pereybere 2 km from Grand Bay (district of Pamplemousse-Rivière du Rempart) in a very quiet residential area with all comforts, about 5 minutes from the beach of Pereybere. The apartments are equipped for four people, or even five with the extra bed, with all amenities.
You will find all the modern comforts to enjoy your holidays with your family or group of friends.
Main equipment:
- air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms;
- a double bed in each of the two bedrooms + possibly an extra bed in one of the bedrooms + sheets and full bedding;
- a baby bed, a baby chair;
- a gas stove with traditional electric oven;
- a microwave oven;
- a refrigerator with freezer compartment;
- a coffee maker;
- a toaster;
- Miscellaneous kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, etc. ;
- a bathroom with washing machine;
- Separate toilet;
- Fiber optic Internet connection with Wifi in the apartment (free);
- mobile phone usable with prepaid cards;
- flat screen television + DVD player + TNT decoder;

We had a great time in La Piroguevilla. The apartment is very nice, spacious, clean, well equiped. Also for children (we have a boy of 3 years old) the apartment is very convenient. The surrounding small garden is the most beautiful of the whole neighbourhood. The owner mr B is very helpful and does everything to make you feel welcome. He organizes regularly a drink or even a BBQ for all the guests on the roof terrace, which is very nice.
Everything you need for a nice stay is in easy reach. From the apartment you can walk to the beach at the end of the road in a couple of minutes. Near the beach are also a couple of restaurants, bars, some shops, car rentals, tour operators and there is a good supermarket. Also there is a busstop with regular buses to Port Louis and other places and beaches.
All in all we had a great time and we can recommend a stay at LaPiroguevilla to everyone.
