About this apartment rental
These are several 130 m² apartments with large terrace in a residence approved by the Mauritian tourism ministry (operating license n ° 03256).
The villa is located in the north of the island, in Pereybère (3 km from Grand Baie) in a very quiet residential area with all comforts, about 300 m from Pereybère beach. The apartments are equipped for four people, even five with the extra bed, with all the amenities.
You will find all the modern comforts to enjoy your holidays with family or group of friends.
Main equipment:
- air conditioning in each of the two bedrooms;
- a double bed in each of the two bedrooms + possibly an extra bed in one of the bedrooms + sheets and complete bedding;
- a baby bed, a baby chair;
- a gas stove with traditional electric oven;
- a microwave oven;
- a refrigerator with freezer compartment;
- a cafeteria ;
- a toaster ;
- a kettle;

The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Located near lots of great restaurants, the beach and a supermarket. The neighboured felt safe and friendly. The host also set us up with a very nice couple to drive us around during our stay.

Un Proprietaire au top à l’écoute des locataires 24/24. À recommander sans problèmes. Des petits plus qui n’existent pas ailleurs. C’était ma 14eme fois à Maurice donc je sais de quoi je parle. Merci

propriétaire tres gentil est proche de ses vacanciers donne de bons conseils et est très dévoué

Très bon accueil, Mr Bolaki est quelqu 'un de très attentif et disponible .
Participe à une bonne ambiance à la Piroguevilla avec les autres locataires et organisé un barbecue pour que nous fassions connaissance avec les autres vacanciers.
Piroguevilla est une propriété magnifiquement fleurie.
L appartement est très bien aménagé et sécurisé, très proche de la plage.
Très bon séjour!
