Bungalow located on the coastal road, in the north of the island, near the magnificent white sandy beach of Mont Choisy, with private swimming pool, small garden, american style kitchen, bar, living, dining, 2 bathroom/toilets, 1 TV room, 2 bedrooms with aircons, and huge terraces.
Fully Furnished for your comfort, the villa is also equipped with an electronic safe.
The villa is situated in a quiet residential complex, within walking distance from the beach and from the prestigious Mont Choisy Le Golf, an international 18-Hole golf course, near bus stops, restaurants, and some 10 minutes away from Grand Baie commercial centres.
We can arrange for airport transfer, car rental, maid, specific trips, etc. upon request.
Kindly also note that the Government has applied a tourist tax of EUR3/day per person starting 01 Oct 2025. Children under the age of 12 years are exempted. For queries on the payment of the tax, pls contact the owner.

This is a nice house with a nice little pool.
The house is big with a nice kitchen, but a little bit weared.
The neighbourhood is pretty good but a lot of dogs around, most of them are behind fences but they are Barking.
The host, Ali, gets five stars from us. Everytime we needed anything he helped out, he always answered quick when we contact him and he was always happy and friendly. He also speaks really good english.
The beach is really nice, one of the best we have visited and it is about 3-400 meters from the house. It is not crowded, except on weekends when the locals comes the spend time with there families. but it is really nice because everybody is happy and nice. The bus stop is nearby and it takes you all around the Island.
The people in Mauritius is the most friendly and helpful people we have met, and they are helping without asking for anything in return.
