Very clean and comfortable and the spa facilities were really nice.
Can be a bit far away from the main attractions in Sultanahmet so have to be prepared to walk. But if you’re comfortable walking then no problems :)

Everything! Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were exceptional — incredibly kind, welcoming, professional, understanding, and always willing to help. Their hospitality and the way they treated us made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. The food was delicious, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall service was outstanding. We truly appreciated how accommodating and respectful the entire team was. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Istanbul, and we would definitely stay here again!
The gust relation manger birsen is so helpful she is amazing. She is look over everything by her own and ask for feedbacks.
Yunus bellteam is also amazing and very helpful.
Honestly, nothing. Everything was excellent and we were completely satisfied with our stay.
