    Checked in at 1am after a long flight only to discover that my room has no hot water. Upon chatting with staff they confirmed that they had a water leak and cut off all hot water from the first floor with no replacement room available and without informing guests about this. Had to leave at 4 am and now I’m waiting for my refund which apparently requires the manager to issue it.

    The hotel itself is very nice, clean, safe, and located in a strategic area close to the city center. Unfortunately, my experience with one of the reception staff members significantly affected my overall impression. I needed to delay my check-out by about two and a half hours. The staff member insisted on charging a full day fee, then agreed on a half-day fee, which I accepted without arguing. The issue was not the fee, but the way it was communicated. His tone was rude and unnecessarily confrontational. Before I went back to my room to pack, he told me: “You must leave at 3:00 PM. If you leave at 3:01, I will charge you for a full day.” That level of hostility toward a guest was disappointing and unprofessional. A hotel can be beautiful, but service defines the experience. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression.
