Stone Dream - Suite in Pietra con Vasca Freestanding

The place is absolutely beautiful, and the cave-like atmosphere makes it feel incredibly cozy and romantic. The bed was very comfortable, and having both a bathtub and air conditioning made our stay even more enjoyable. One feature we especially appreciated was the washing machine, which was incredibly helpful during our trip. The apartment also has a small ground-floor patio with a clothes drying rack, and our laundry dried surprisingly quickly in the summer. The location is excellent—about a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it very convenient for day trips to Polignano a Mare and other nearby towns. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and other shops close by, and Monopoli’s historic center is also within easy walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed, including cookware, utensils, a stovetop, a refrigerator, and a coffee machine with complimentary capsules. As expected for this type of accommodation, there is a bit of humidity, but it wasn’t an issue. Running the air conditioner in dry mode for a few minutes solved it, and there is also an air purifier available. You can hear the trains occasionally, but with the windows closed it wasn’t a problem for us. Giulia was a wonderful host. She was attentive throughout our stay, communication was always friendly and prompt, and both check-in and check-out were incredibly simple and hassle-free. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly unique experience in Monopoli.

Siamo stati accolti e da subito coccolati. Struttura perfetta in ogni dettaglio. Curati tutti i particolari estetici e pratici. Il centro storico dista pochi minuti, nelle vicinanze c'è un supermercato e una focacceria I. Locali sono puliti e dotati di ogni comfort. Il terrazzino esterno gode di privacy ed è ben curato con poltrone tavolo e telo ombreggiante. Nonostante la vicinanza alla ferrovia , l'alloggio è silenzioso e confortevole. La titolare é gentilissima e ci ha consigliato un ristorante a Bari dove abbiamo ottimamente pranzato sulla via del ritorno. Si è addirittura offerta di effettuare la prenotazione per nostro conto. Obiekt jest nowiutki, czysty, bardzo ładny. Kamien robi wrażenie. Super ogromna wanna, idealna do kąpieli w dwie osoby. Taras, do którego nikt nie zagląda. Właścicielka Giulia jest w stałym kontakcie, odpowiada na wszelkie pytania. W kuchni jest wszystko co potrzeba.

Zdecydowanym i największym minusem jest ogromna wolność w mieszkaniu oraz bliskość pociągów!! Wilgoć jest tak duża, że wszystkie ubrania i buty sportowe po nocy były mokre, od kolejnego dnia wszytsko trzymaliśmy na zewnątrz. W każdym miejscu porozkładane są zapachy I aromaty, aby pochłaniały zapach i wilgoć. Oczywistym jest że mieszkanie jest w piwnicy ale wilgoć jest ogromna. Do tego bliskość pociągów w odległości 2-3 metrów od mieszkania!!! Z racji że pociągi jadą mostem a mieszkanie jest w piwnicy to w środku wszystko dudni. Na szczęście od 23 do 6 rano pociągi nie jeżdżą więc w nocy było bardzo cicho ale rano i w ciągu dnia szum pociągów przeszkadza mocno. Warunki mieszkaniowe nie są adekwatne do ceny w mojej ocenie.
