The property is very well located. 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the busy Monopoli centre, and less than 10 minutes to the train station so great for day trips. Very cute private terrace and spacious, well equipped kitchen and room. Overall really enjoyed this property.

The shower is slightly small however this wasn’t a massive issue. The fridge/freezer had a fishy smell.

Meget autentisk smal bygning/ lejlighed med stejle trapper, pænt indrettet og god beliggenhed. Fantastisk tagterrasse. Sjov bruseniche og skønt udendørs bad på tagterrassen.

Lidt mere køkken udstyr hvis der skal laves mad. Røg i gangen fra underboen (som udlejer ikke er herre over eller kan gøre for).(og kan ikke lugtes i lejligheden). Har ikke oplevet før på booking.com at der skal reserveres 100€ på ens kreditkort.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and has everything we needed during our stay. Bed was very firm and comfy. Terrace is nice but the steps and door to get to it is quite narrow. Shower is super small, we hardly could stand up on it. It’s running by an agency but we met the owner on check out and she is a lovely lady. There’s a locker storage around the corner If you arrive early in town (we arrived 10:30 am) it cost 20€ for store three small luggage. The beaches are about 15 minutes walking from the apartment and because they are small can get crowded. We found a lovely place to spend our last day and it’s only 20 minutes walking. The name of the beach is Porto Nero and the “resort” name is La Perla Nera, worth having a look at it.

* Communication was too slow and not helpful. * Need to give my credit card details and full address for a stranger as I booked the place through Booking.com, I don’t think it’s right and I don’t feel comfortable with that. Although the apartment smells nice, there was a strong smell of cigarette on the entrance/stairs, but it comes from the neighbour downstairs, so there’s nothing the host can do.
