Sentralt og veldig kort avstand til togstasjonen. ( 5 min. gange ). Ca. 15 min. gange til busstoppet til/fra Matera. Utrolig unik og kul leilighet, med stor og hyggelig terrasse. Kjekt med toalett i 2.etg. - slapp å gå ned den bratte trappa; oppholdt meg mest i 2.etg. pga. seng, terrasse, stue og kjøkken der. Deilig at verten hadde satt vann i kjøleskapet ved ankomst, når man ikke har orientert seg ennå.

Excellent location, just over a 10-minute walk from the train station and only a few minutes from the old town. Really good price, particularly for Monopoli. The apartment is on the second floor with no lift, but it wasn't a problem. It is very clean, well equipped, and has a modern bathroom with a lovely monsoon shower. WiFi, air-conditioning. Washing machine. The beds are comfortable, and the roof terrace is fantastic, it gets sun throughout the day. Giovanna is easy to contact, friendly, and very helpful. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Monopoli. Monopoli - market day on Tuesday - lovely fruit, vegetables, olives and tarralli. A Coop a few minutes walk from the apartment, bars and restaurants nearby.

There was nothing that I didn't like. It notes very clearly in the listing that the apartment is on the second floor and no lift. Inside the apartment there's a short staircase which is quite steep. It was really helpful that I knew that before I got there.

L’emplacement près de la gare, la grande terrasse, le confort et le charme du logement. Et aussi la ponctualité et la réactivité lors de l’arrivée et du départ. Je recommande vivement !

The apartment was very clean and well presented, and we appreciated the effort that had clearly gone into maintaining it. However, it ultimately wasn’t a good fit for our needs. The layout was quite challenging, particularly when travelling with luggage. Access to the loft bedroom is via a very steep staircase, which made carrying suitcases up and down difficult and potentially unsafe. The loft itself also has very limited headroom. I’m only 5’4” (163 cm) and still found myself needing to crouch in parts of the bedroom, so taller guests would likely find it even more restrictive. This property may suit travellers who are comfortable with loft-style accommodation and packing light, but it’s worth being aware of these limitations before booking.
