Loft 12 - Puglia Mia Apartments

One of the most beautifully curated spaces I’ve ever stayed in. Loved the mini soaps provided for each guest as well! :)

Everything was amazing, only additionally thing to add to the space would be maybe a mirror downstairs. Would be helpful in terms of getting ready but otherwise everything was perfect!

The apartment is beautifully renovated, spacious, and nicely furnished. It has a wonderful, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with a TV and Netflix, and everything needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment is very well organized and complete, with attention to many details. The location is convenient, with easy access to the beaches and the city centre.

The only minor issue was a slight musty smell due to the lack of natural ventilation. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Our 3-night stay at Loft 12 Puglia Mia Apartments in Monopoli was an absolute dream. ​The service was exceptional from start to finish. We had a seamless check-in with Giulia, the agency representative, who was incredibly welcoming and walked us through the loft in just 5 minutes. Even better, she sent all the necessary information via WhatsApp immediately after, which made our stay completely effortless. ​The property itself is a modern, stylish conversion of an old garage, and it is huge—more than enough space for a family with two children. It is equipped with absolutely everything you might need for a vacation. The design is thoughtful, the materials are high-quality, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver, keeping the room perfectly cool despite the 37°C temperatures outside. ​What we also truly appreciated was the peace and quiet; we weren't disturbed by anyone during our entire stay. The location is unbeatable, too—just a short walk to the Old Town, with markets, cafes, and shops right on our doorstep. If you are planning a trip to Monopoli, this is the place to stay!

Das Apartment ist sehr neuwertig und die Ausstattung hochwertig und entspricht den dargestellten Fotos. Alles war sehr sauber und der Empfang verlief freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir erhielten außerdem Tipps zur Stadt, Restaurants und Umgebung. Die Lage zur Stadt, zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist sehr gut.

Bei 9 Tagen hätten wir uns über einen kostenfreien Handtuchwechsel gefreut. Dies ist leider nur gebührenpflichtig möglich. Es gibt vor Ort eine moderne Waschmaschine. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit im Apartment ist allerdings so hoch, dass die Wäsche kaum trocknet. Nachdem es keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften gibt (der Raum besitzt nur die Eingangstür als Öffnung)- sind leider schon vereinzelt Stockflecken an den Wänden und ein etwas müffliger Geruch beim Eintreten. Ein großer Schrank zum Ablegen der eigenen Wäsche wäre noch sinnvoll.
