Great facilities and need to upgrade mattress in 2nd bedroom and need mirrors above the basins

Issue with oven that was broken and the heated towel rails needed to be reset to work

Location was good and there was a small view of the lake from the living room. Kitchen was well appointed and the living area was comfortable. Good heating in the living area. House was clean and tidy on arrival.

The double bed in the downstairs room needs to be replaced. Very small and uncomfortable with roll together issues. The front door was fiddly to unlock. When entering the code it was necessary to pull the door against the door frame to get it to unlock. Took us some time to get in at first. The TV has apps for Disney + etc, but is locked against anyone being able to log in to their own account. No heating in the bedrooms made them somewhat cold.

Love the design of the house, excellent natural lighting. Absolutely clean and tidy, even the kitchen utensils. If we could use the fireplace that will highlight our stay.

This house has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay! The large windows allow ample sunshine in to warm the place naturally and the heater works a treat at night to heat the whole place perfectly. It is extremely spacious and the amenities are amazing! We spent three nights here and on one totally foggy day we comfortably stayed indoors and used the jigsaw puzzles provided and relaxed completely.

Nothing of note except the press button door code can be a little temperamental sometimes- or it could have been operator error.
