Clean and comfortable
No tv working No internet working Very frustrating as we relied on internet in particular for bookings, emailing, and communication with family. At over $500/night I expect all services paid for yo be operating. Whilst staff tried their best to fix the problem we have not been offered any form of compensation. When a customer pays for services and you can’t provide them you should probably think about some form of refund. I did email you prior to this post giving you the opportunity, but I have had no response. Before booking this property go to the effort and make sure these services are running.
