The Space:
This condo has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room opens up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The unit is beautifully decorated with warm tones of green and red. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. There is a quaint round dining table with seating for four in the breakfast nook. This lovely home offers a full bath with a stand-up shower and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player, as well as a set of bunks to allow for flexible and additional accommodations. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath, TV, DVD player, and spacious closet.
Things to Know
Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Room was nice and comfy. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen needs more and upgraded cookware. No big pots for a shrimp boil.
No storage space in bathrooms for our stuff( brushes, combs, hairspray, etc).
Overall nice place to stay, I would go back

Our stay was good the condo has very basic needs never stayed where there wasn’t some beach type of beach equipment. When flying in there isn’t any way to bring the extra beach items. Love the resort but if flying in will need to to find a more equipped condo.

Super family friendly. Very clean. Lots to do with the pools, hot tubs, lazy river, leap pads, and ocean.
