These beautiful U-shaped buildings surround a dramatic split-level courtyard that is the setting for great family fun with two hot tubs, barbecue grills, trellis-covered tables, children's playground and 490 feet of pristine beach. Each unit at Waterscape is angled to maximize the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows. With its great location, varied amenities and fun water features, Waterscape is unrivaled on the Emerald Coast in setting the scene for family fun. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath unit located on the 5th floor, offers a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Okaloosa Island fishing pier. This well-appointed unit has 2 King Beds, 1 Queen Sofa Bed, and Bunk Beds and sleeps 8. With 2 TVs, 2 DVD players, and a CD stereo system, you will enjoy all the comforts of home. Special features include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer in the home, and two master bathrooms with garden tubs.

Beach service is included from March to October.
All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the
RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory
for access to all Waterscape amenities.
Please note:
● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.
● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.
● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests
and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants
count toward max occupancy regardless of age
● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to
receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay
● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are
lost or not returned at checkout.
● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands
● Wristbands are not required for beach access

Love the keypad checkin and the two main bedrooms were divided by the main dining/living spaces. The fact each main bedroom had its own full bathroom, then an addition bathroom for guests was a huge plus!

We had fun! Condo was sizable and had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room. Wish we would have had coffee filters and more than one pack of washing detergent as being this close to beach required daily washing and we couldn’t find a convenience store within walking distance. Loved the beach service and other amenities. We will be back.

This specific condo was super clean and conveniently located to the parking garage and elevators/pools and etc. we would definitely stay here again in the future!!! Great unit and resort

The condo was nicely decorated and clean. The bunk room was my favorite room and all the mattresses were very comfortable. The furniture needs an update. One of the chairs was peeling pleather. The couch wasn’t very comfortable. One bedroom had stains on the carpet. But even that wasn’t much of a concern to us and it had everything we needed. The place was perfect for kids! They loved swimming in the pool and it was great to have a zero entrance pool for my two year old. They also really loved the splash area. The lazy river and close access to the beach was my favorite. The only gripe I have is people reserving pool & beach chairs/tables early in the morning and not using them until the afternoon. A bit inconsiderate and I wished pool/beach staff were more strict about rules. I stared at prime spots on the beach for hours with just towels reserving the chairs. The surrounding area outside of the resort was ok. We drove to Destin one day. A beautiful 6-mile drive! Overall we really enjoyed ourselves.
