About this apartment rental
A325 is an adorably renovated double-suite condo with separate bunk area. It is located in Waterscape's A building on the 3rd floor, close to the parking garage. The patio faces East (an outside facing unit) where you'll get to view every brilliant sunrise over the island. Just an elevator ride down to the resort style pools and exclusive Waterscape beach!
IS THERE AN OCEAN VIEW?
A325 features a partial ocean view. You can see the ocean between the Waterscape building and the next door hotel. From the patio, you can see limited views of the ocean and bay that is on the other side of the island as well. Inside, the largest master will have a limited view of the ocean. In all other areas of the condo, your view is mostly a birds eye view of the parking lot next door. Most guests that book consider it a worthy trade off for the quieter patio and lower nightly rate so they can enjoy more fun excursions while on vacation!
LOCATION:
Located Just 10 Minutes from Destin, Florida, Waterscape sits in the middle of Okaloosa Island. There are over 50 different restaurants and attractions within a 5-10 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive!!
SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Sleep like a baby on our king-sized beds with memory foam mattresses. The comforters are an accommodating medium insulation. We have plenty of extra blankets and throws on those chilly beach breeze nights.
Extra sleeping accommodations can be made on the sleeper pull-out sofa bed. Hotel quality black out curtains allow for the darkest, coziest napping environment so you or your little ones can keep catching those highly sought after ZzZz's!
The adorably decorated separate bunk house located right off of the dining area is the kids ulitmate getaway. It's superb at keeping the kids feeling safe being nearby to where you'll be lounging after bedtime.
WATERSCAPE AMENITIES:
(HOA now requires wristbands to be worn for pool use).
-Peak season daily activities for kids (pirate show, mermaid encounter, rubber ducky race, hair braiding, crafts, DJ on the pool deck parties, and much more!). Once booking you'll receive an online guidebook that has the activities scheduled and if they require an extra charge or not to partake.
-Chair rentals and excursion options available through Dulce Vita beach rentals. Free rentals available in the condo for you to carry down to the beach.
-Gated splash park with shipwreck slide for babies and toddlers.
-Heated upper pool on the second floor (82-86 degrees Fahrenheit year around)
-Zero-entry pool with lily-pads and splash fun for little ones (not heated).
-10 foot waterfall with fun cave walkway underneath.
-Relaxing lazy river with inner tubes included (not heated).

The condo is nice with 2 primary suites and 1/2 bath next to bunk beds. Pools are nice and easy walk to beach. Reallu appreciated covered parking and the beach wagon, chairs and umbrella (saves a lot on renting chairs). Location is ok with resteraunts close as well as a grocery store.For the most part the condo was clean. The only reason I may not stay here again is the view (parking lot). Overall good experience

The unit was exactly as pictured and described. Great location from pool, beach and parking structure. Easy access. Unit was clean and well laid out. Open floor plan with the extra bunk beds was perfect for the littles!

The resort is in a great area. Walking distance to some good restaurants. The unit was ok. Could use a deep cleaning. It smelled of bleach- which is a good thing, as the housekeep was just finishing up when we arrived, but the furniture could use a good cleaning and it’s evident by the corners it could use a deep cleaning and refreshing. I was honestly a little put off by the check out instructions that said to clean food off counters and surfaces before you left because you “only paid for a basic cleaning”. I most certainly Lu would have preferred paying a little more to check into a unit that had a thorough not basic cleaning. There really is no beach view. If you stand at the very edge of the large patio you can see it in the distance. The resort is big and has lots for kids. We took our grands and they loved the lazy river and splash pads. It was just VERY crowded. We went during our fall break 10/11-10/18. My daughter took the bigger king room and she said the bed was ok. However my husband and I took the smaller king and the mattress was so uncomfortable . It is a solid tempurpedic and we were miserable.
